BrittleBench

BrittleBench is a research project studying the robustness of publicly published detection rules against validated, functionally equivalent variants of the behaviors those rules are intended to detect.

The project protocol is currently v1.0.0 - LOCKED. Confirmatory execution-phase work must follow the locked methodology in PROTOCOL.md.

Current Status

Guardrail

The Docusaurus site is a documentation surface. It does not change the project rule that corpus collection, mutation generation, evaluators, analysis code, and results must follow the locked protocol. Post-lock methodology changes require a new major protocol version and logged DECISIONS.md and CHANGELOG.md entries.
